Net area 14.2 m² (16 − 1.8) × (1 + 10%) = 15.62 m² ÷ 0.18 m² per tile = 87 pcs. Adhesive: 14.2 m² × 4 kg/m² (8 mm notch) = 57 kg. Grout ≈ 0.5 kg/m² = 7.1 kg. The 10% reserve applies to tiles only (for trimming); adhesive and grout are by net area.
